INTRODUCTION
This article follows on from the "Pump selection and circuit design" article. It now covers new steps:
Component manufacturing launch: the key point is to correctly transmit the necessary information to suppliers. This is the role of a document known as a "specification sheet". This document must be complete, but it must not impose everything on the pump manufacturer, nor replace him. In the event of a dispute, the specifications will be the authoritative text, to which everyone must adhere;
installation and commissioning of the system: this part draws on the memory and experience of our installers;
plant operation: the advice given in this section is based on theory and the experience of other operators. The emphasis is on the need to save energy.
The "Pumping systems" section is divided into several articles:
"Pump selection and circuit design" ;
"Overall cost and outlook".
