3.1 Laboratory tests
Continuous density distribution can be represented by curves.
Liquors such as those shown in Table 2 , with increasing densities, can be used to separate the product into densimetric slices. These are generally organic liquors. A liquor of density d has a density ρ = ρ o d, ρ o being the density of the reference liquor (usually water, so ρ o " 1).
