Bulk Current Injection (BCI)
Method for measuring the level of immunity of equipment to electromagnetic interference by injecting current into its interfaces.
Compatibilité Électromagnétique (CEM) ;Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)
The ability of an electrical or electronic device or system to function satisfactorily in its electromagnetic environment, without itself producing electromagnetic disturbances that disturb everything in that environment.
Surface Mounted Compound (SMC)
Refers to an electronic board manufacturing technique and, by extension, a type of component used by the electronics industry, which involves soldering the components of a board to its surface, rather than passing the pins through them.
