1. Methodology for taking the electromagnetic environment into account during the tender phase
The process that leads from the client's needs to the project manager's technical and financial proposal is described in the flow chart at 1 .
There are two stages:
drawing up specifications ;
the preparation of the offer (or response to the call for tenders), which we will develop in the remainder of this article.
The electromagnetic environment is one of the environments to which the system is subjected, and must therefore be taken into account when drawing up the specifications.
