 INTRODUCTION

The electrical parameters of overhead lines are calculated using the characteristics of electrical power transmission structures. The proposed organization of this topic follows a chronological logic. After a general introduction to impedance matrices, the treatment of these matrices will be discussed. The elementary parameters of the matrices can then be calculated in detail, based on the geometric and mechanical characteristics that influence the design of the structures.
