6.1 Geometric and mechanical characteristics
The electrical parameters of overhead lines are calculated using the geometric and mechanical characteristics of the power transmission structures (voltage level, silhouette of towers, type of conductors, insulation distance, distance between conductors, average height of conductors above ground, etc.).
