5.1 Circulation within the structure

Traffic areas allow the movement of operating personnel in accordance with the rules specified in the interministerial decree of April 2, 1991, setting out the technical conditions to be met by electrical distribution systems. In particular, these circulation zones are designed so as not to cause accidents on the ground (change of level, etc.), nor to have protruding elements (angle irons, etc.).
