7.1 Replacement power supplies

These power supplies are set up to compensate for the unavailability of normal power sources, whether such unavailability is planned or accidental. Depending on the circumstances, temporary HTA or LV connections to the public distribution network are used, or stand-alone generators.

The concern for the power to be recharged is immediate, even if circumstances impose consumption restrictions.
