1. Organization of operations
Given the impact of operating conditions on the safety of people and property, the regulatory aspect of safety will guide the organization of operations. The interministerial decree of April 2, 1991 lays down the technical conditions to be met by electrical distribution systems.
Publication UTE C 18-510, approved by joint order of the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Industry on January 17, 1989 and published in the Journal officiel de la République française, defines the regulatory conditions for work to ensure personal safety.
