1.1 Purpose of the Brand

The value of the Brand lies in the principles that govern it:

  • technical inspection of the product by an independent laboratory;

  • regular visits to production plants, in particular to check that a quality control system is properly organized;

  • following these tests and visits, decisions are taken by an independent body, the Comité particulier de la Marque, acting within the framework of a legal statute.
