3. International agreements. IEC certification systems

3.1 OC System

This agreement covers the recognition in one member country of the results of tests on low-voltage electrical equipment carried out by a recognized laboratory in another member country of the system.

There are currently 39 member countries.

3.2 Conformity assessment system for electronic components (IECQ)

At international level, this system has the same objective as the CECC system at European level. There are currently 25 signatory countries.
