INTRODUCTION
This article presents a simulation for the sanitary installation of a detached house. The study begins by taking into account public network data such as drinking water pressure and flow rate, as well as power supply. In this example, geographical isolation restricts energy options and requires a supply of drinking water as well as waste management and disposal. There are even plans to recover rainwater and integrate it into the sanitary system.
The internal layout of the cold water, hot water, heating and wastewater networks is planned taking into account the zones foreseen, their distribution by level in the house, and the various technical constraints. It must also be designed to facilitate maintenance and repair operations.
On the other hand, aspects related to the supply of drinking water are closer to the concerns of roads than plumbing. Likewise, the planning of a grit removal system, septic tank or water storage system falls under these considerations.
