1. Parameters related to the geographical location of the building
The choice of tile model depends on a number of criteria. First and foremost, it's a question of aesthetic or architectural choices – even if, in some regions, these choices are limited by constraints linked to current regulations. Among the most inflexible are, of course, those relating to the geographical location of a building project, and therefore to the climate.
For each tile, whether clay or concrete, the respective DTU specifies the slopes and overlaps to be respected, depending on the geographical location of the building.
