5. Site analysis
To build with the site, it's essential to carry out a site diagnosis beforehand. This diagnosis enables us to list all the elements needed to exploit the site's assets and minimize its constraints with regard to the construction project.
5.1 Key data to be recorded
• General site data: administrative context, description of the site and its surroundings, space, access, solar insolation curve, wind rose, nature of the terrain (soil and subsoil), water table, easements, listed buildings...
• Site access: feeder roads, public transport, footpaths, cycle paths, etc.
• Natural heritage: existing natural spaces on the site, nearby, landscape and agricultural context, public green spaces, interface with the natural...
