INTRODUCTION
As soon as a construction or public works site is scheduled to last several days or months, an efficient site installation must be put in place so that all trades can work in the best possible conditions, without putting personnel at risk.
The technical execution of the project must be closely monitored by the project manager to avoid errors and defects. There are two ways of doing this:
service orders ;
site reports.
These two documents require a written or technical response from the companies concerned.
