Change of use
There are five types of destination: farming and forestry, housing, commercial and service activities, public facilities and services, and other activities in the secondary or tertiary sectors. A change of use is defined as a change from one category to another.
Extension
Continuation of a right (or situation) after the date on which it was due to end.
Remarkable heritage sites
Towns, villages or districts whose conservation, restoration, rehabilitation or enhancement is of public interest from a historical, architectural, archaeological, artistic or landscape point of view.
Floor area of a building
Unit for calculating building surface areas used to issue planning permission.
