6.1 Any polygon
Given: a circle circumscribing the polygon of radius R, center O, diameter [AB].
Layout :
divide the diameter into a number of parts equal to the number of sides of the polygon (example: 7 sides). To divide the diameter [AB] into 7 equal parts, start at point A and draw a straight line 7 times a unit (u), compatible with the size of [AB], ending at point C. Join [BC], by each end of the 7 unit segments, draw a parallel to [BC], these parallels divide [AB] into 7 equal parts (figure
