INTRODUCTION
The site base is where all site participants meet, and where all decisions concerning the site are taken. It houses the project owner's offices and meeting rooms, as well as the contractors' administrative offices and common areas accessible to all.
In general, the living quarters area is included in the right-of-way plan for the worksite when the contractors are consulted.
