5. Limitation of heat load per unit area (article GH 61)

1. In compliance with the provisions of article R. 122-18 of the French Construction and Housing Code, the heat load of elements not taken into account under article GH 16 (§ 4.2 of [TBA 3 051] ) (cladding, furniture and fittings, blinds, etc.), is less than 480 MJ/m 2 of net floor area on average per compartment.

If the limit set in article GH 16 is not reached, the project owner or owner may add the available calorific difference per compartment to the limit value set above.
