4. Classification of reaction-to-fire performance of construction products
Where the conditions of final application of a construction product are such that it contributes to the declaration and spread of fire and smoke in the room (or zone) of origin or beyond, the product is classified according to its reaction-to-fire characteristics, following the classification system presented in tables 5 and 6 .
