§ 1 The provisions of this chapter are applicable :
museums ;
-
halls for temporary cultural exhibitions (scientific, technical or artistic, etc.) where the total number of visitors is equal to or greater than one of the following figures:
100 people in the basement,
100 people on upper floors and other elevated structures,
200 people in all.
