1. General
1.1 Establishments subject to regulation (article R 1)
The provisions of this section apply to establishments intended for :
education or training, with the exception of training for professional purposes of personnel employed by the operator of the establishment;
childcare during school vacations and leisure activities.
Teaching and training facilities in sheltered workshops and CAT (centers d'aide par le travail) centers are governed solely by the French Labor Code as far as fire safety is concerned.
