10. Rescue equipment
10.1 Extinguishing media (article R 30)
Fire protection must be provided by :
Portable water-spray extinguishers, minimum 6 liters, located near each level exit, with a minimum of one unit per 200 m 2 ;
fire extinguishers appropriate to the particular risks.
The use of other extinguishing agents should only be required in exceptional cases, such as where there is a risk of fire associated with a high calorific or smoke generating potential.
