1. General
1.1 Application area (GZ 1)
For the purposes of these regulations, distributors are defined as the companies referred to in Article 3 of the amended Order of August 2, 1977 on the technical and safety rules applicable to gas and liquefied hydrocarbon installations inside residential buildings.

"The following are considered to be gas distributors within the meaning of this decree:
a/ The network operators defined in article 2 of the present order and modified by the order of April 27, 2009.
