3. Ignorance

Total or partial lack of knowledge remains the most frequent cause of disorders. Ignorance of the effects of actions on structures can have serious consequences for their performance.

3.1 Project level

Errors due to ignorance at project level have consequences of varying importance, ranging from simple unforeseen distortion to serious loss. They can be classified under the following headings.
