In the preceding study, we have sought to highlight the most common origins of disorders affecting foundation structures, without claiming to be exhaustive.
From the types of claims we have examined, we have attempted to draw recommendations that may be of interest to builders (designer, controller, contractor), and even to experts.
We therefore summarize below the points that appear essential in general terms, as well as a few special cases.
