The architect, the master builder, must bring together all those involved in a project, pooling their know-how to produce the best score, the ideal building, meeting the client's requirements, a certain aesthetic, but also complying with current regulations (urban and technical).
His technical role is evolving, as he needs to be able to understand the production constraints of each discipline, and to be able to dialogue with all the trades on the same support.
In the midst of this revolution, or rather evolution and new context, and with all these new instruments abounding, the architect must not only retain his role as designer, but also transform his mode of practice to master the entire process, and retain the title of conductor that increasingly clings to his skin.
