6. Conclusion
For several decades now, the construction sector has been experiencing difficulties which have had a major impact on working methods, making companies less competitive than other industries.
Off-site construction" seems to be the way forward if the sector is to return to the path of quality, productivity and respect for environmental constraints.
In addition to defining the concepts, we've tried in this article to explain the methodologies and constructive techniques involved, highlighting both the advantages of offsite and the drawbacks.
