1. New specifications
The current context is characterized by a growing professionalization of the construction industry. This means that users are increasingly looking for a comprehensive offering. The aim is to be able to resolve all aspects of a problem caused by a building defect. It is no longer acceptable to have to call on several trades and to assume, at one's own risk, the coordination of several participants.
This question, which was first raised in relation to so-called "domestic" work, is now being raised by project owners in relation to energy. The desire is for a response that could be described as "controlled", i.e. capable of guaranteeing a tangible level of performance.
In fact, the market is looking for results rather than means.
This evolution is an important vector for progress....
