1. Acquisition costs

From an economic point of view, the first field of exploration concerns the conditions for obtaining the work ready for use or in "working order".

Acquisition costs therefore correspond to all the costs incurred in order to be able to use a building.

When this angle of analysis is considered, it very quickly leads to an examination of what qualiticians call "non-quality costs" (CNQ¯) .

Non-quality costs are costs generated by a malfunction in the processes implemented to carry out the project activity.
