2. Recreating urbanity

In order to make the transition from the current situation to a more satisfactory future, we first need to define the scope of the project. Indeed, the efforts to be made can only be understood in a favorable context.

The essential prerequisite is to operate with the probability of generating a knock-on effect. This benefit is specific to so-called metropolitan regions. There are several reasons for this.
