3. Conclusion
The exercise we have just reported on is not, strictly speaking, the writing of a roadmap. Indeed, the transition outlined will require the collective efforts of all players in the value chain. Rather, it was a question of identifying the preparatory elements for this new ambition. And in this respect, the work falls well within the theoretical field of constructibility: how to identify the prerequisites for the full success of new construction projects. The transformation of the profession is certainly the most imperative, but also the most difficult to achieve. That's why a final perspective is useful.
