4. Conclusion
After clarifying the terminology specific to industrial structures and the way in which climatic actions affect this type of construction, this article first details the role of each of the secondary components, i.e. the roofing and cladding that make up the building envelope, and then the elements that support it, i.e. the rails, running purlins, ridge purlin and gable posts.
For each of these components, different solutions were presented with their respective advantages and disadvantages.
