Failure
A framing component whose main function is to support the roofing, which bears between the porticos of the main framing, perpendicular to the slope. They can also participate in the bracing system of the framework and be integrated into the wind beams.
Panneling (system)
This is the set of components located in the plane of a roof slope, designed to transfer the actions applied to it to the main load-bearing systems: purlins, purlins, suspenders and stiles.
Lierne
Secondary component of a purlin system designed to provide the purlin with intermediate supports in the plane of the slope and contribute to its lateral stability.
