  • Photometry

    Measurement of quantities relating to radiation as evaluated according to a given spectral relative luminous efficacy function, e.g. V (λ) or V ′ (λ).

  • Spectral luminous efficiency

    It is the ratio of the energy flux of wavelength λ m to the flux of wavelength λ (figure 13 ), the two radiations producing equally intense luminous sensations under specific photometric conditions and λ m being chosen so that the maximum value of this ratio is equal to 1 :
