
3. Choice of slate model
To determine the slate model, we first need to know its minimum overlap (figure 4 ), in order to calculate the slate's theoretical model, and then choose the commercial model to be installed.
3.1 Recovery
The overlap (R ) (figure 4 ) is the distance between the base head of the top-row slate and the head of the bottom-row slate, the limits of the area that never receives water (being protected by two layers of slate).
