4.1 Internal piping

The diameter of the internal piping is determined by the permissible pressure drop in relation to the flow rate and operating conditions (pressure and temperature) of the fluid.

Internal piping consists of stainless steel tubes and piping components such as elbows, reducers and tees (figure 15 ).
