5. Economic analysis

An economic analysis is the last step usually included in a feasibility study.

To carry out an economic analysis based on overall costs, conservative assumptions have been made, which can sometimes have a significant impact on the results obtained.

  • Bank loans : 0 %.

  • Taxation: VAT at 20%. VAT on investments is recoverable by the customer. In this simulation, costs excluding VAT on investments are therefore taken into account in the profitability calculations.

  • No structural reinforcement is taken into account.

  • Discount rate: 1.5%.

  • Decrease in producibility : 0.4%/year.

  • Renewal of inverters after 10 years.
