An economic analysis is the last step usually included in a feasibility study.
To carry out an economic analysis based on overall costs, conservative assumptions have been made, which can sometimes have a significant impact on the results obtained.

Taxation: VAT at 20%. VAT on investments is recoverable by the customer. In this simulation, costs excluding VAT on investments are therefore taken into account in the profitability calculations.
No structural reinforcement is taken into account.
Discount rate: 1.5%.
Decrease in producibility : 0.4%/year.
