1.1 System acceptance conditions

This paragraph deals with the problem of contractual acceptance of combined-cycle power plants. Contracts include guarantees that must be verified when the plant is commissioned. These may be of very different kinds:

  • performance guarantee (power, specific consumption) ;

  • guarantee on atmospheric emissions (NO x , CO, dust);

  • environmental noise guarantee ;

  • flow, temperature and pressure of steam produced in the case of cogeneration plants.
