1. Principles and assessment of long-term storage safety
In accordance with the law of December 30, 1991 (see Pour en savoir plus regulations), Andra carried out studies and research that led to the Dossier 2005 HAVL argile , establishing the feasibility of a reversible deep geological repository for high-level and intermediate-level long-lived radioactive waste in the Callovo-Oxfordian argillite in Meuse/Haute-Marne.
