5. Quasi-three-dimensional model
The quasi-tridimensional model, or 2.5 D model, consists in decomposing the three-dimensional flow into two coupled two-dimensional flows: one consisting of meridian flow (r, z ) and the other of vane-to-vein flow (m, q ).
