6. Conclusion

Pressure equipment regulations, now within the scope of the Environmental Code, are a complex set, to which are added specificities for ICPEs, notably with the impact of hazard studies. Even though the decree of November 20, 2017, by deleting a number of old texts, has simplified the regulatory base.

This article gives only a very partial and simplified view, particularly insofar as all the elements provided for in the Order of November 20, 2017 have not yet been finalized, pending publication of the "chapeau guide" that will serve as the basis for drawing up inspection plans, and revising professional guides and technical specifications.
