3. Performance measurement

3.1 Indicators

The term "performance" in the field of safety management may seem inappropriate, as it is accidents that are measured, i.e. undesirable events accompanied by losses. It would be more accurate to speak of counter-performance, since the aim is to achieve "zero accidents", i.e. "zero safety counter-performance", which generates good economic performance.

The site is therefore committed to identifying and reporting any form of accident or incident, measuring their severity, and analyzing their immediate and underlying causes in order to avoid their recurrence.
