2. Scriptwriting
Once the various parametric elements of the exercise have been determined, the construction of the scenario itself can begin. Our method comprises two stages: first a brainstorming session, followed by the actual writing of the scenario.
2.1 Scenario brainstorming
The elements needed to develop the scenario are defined here:
identification and location of the hazard(s), as well as its/their evolution over time ;
identifying and locating the territory's main challenges ;
integration of difficulties identified in feedback from previous events that might be interesting to replay;
integration of participants' needs...
