7. Conclusion
Crisis exercises help to improve the resilience of organizations by giving them the opportunity to practice crisis management as a group, even though opportunities to do so are few and far between. Exercises also allow us to experiment with new methods and opportunities that are difficult to investigate when it comes to managing a real crisis.
Preparing a crisis exercise requires resources and expertise, if you want to ensure its educational impact.
