6.1 Provisions common to all equipment
The plant manager must implement organizational measures as part of his company's prevention policy to :
maintain all equipment in a state of compliance, including in the event of modifications;
identify and remedy any damage likely to create a hazard.
Where equipment used for working at height is concerned, these provisions must be strictly observed, given the risks associated with the use of faulty equipment.
