4. State zero and life sheet
4.1 Contents of a life sheet
A life sheet must be drawn up for each MMRI to be monitored as part of the PMII. This sheet must be updated in the event of repairs or modifications to the MMRI. The information to be included in a life sheet relates to :
the risk to which the MMRI is applied;
MMRI design;
MMRI maintenance and testing.
Table 10 classifies the criteria mentioned in the DT 93 guide into one of these three categories.
