3.1 Concepts and principles
The proposed method for studying the installation of gas detectors involves using an Anglo-Saxon quantified risk analysis method, not to determine the risk of lethality of a person, but to determine the risk of having a detectable gas cloud and the risk of having a detectable but undetected cloud in the installation studied.
