1. Machine and plant safety

To achieve risk control objectives and comply with legislation, designers, manufacturers and users must apply solutions that meet the essential health and safety requirements set out in Annex 1 to Directive 98/37/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, and transcribed into French law in Annex 1 to Article R 233-84 of the French Labor Code. These solutions will be chosen following a risk assessment in accordance with standard NF EN 1050.
