1. A wide range of cables and processes

In this section, we present our different product lines. In principle, cable manufacture follows three main stages:

  • manufacture of the elementary wire by depositing a layer of insulation on the electrical conductor (copper) or on the fiber;

  • assembly of the various elementary wires obtained;

  • the sheathing of this assembly to obtain the final cable.

Three main cable families can be considered. These are telecommunication cables built using wires with a conductive core (transmission of data by electrical signals), then telecommunication cables built using optical fibers (transmission of data by optical signals), and finally cables for the transmission of electrical energy.
